History: Claire and her younger sister Jacqueline lived on their foster father's estate outside of Paris, France. Both she and Jackie have powers - Claire's had them for over ten years. Claire has a noticible inferiority complex where her sister is concerned, and seems very focused on beating Jacqueline at just about anything. She believes her father made her go to the school upon recieving the invitation in the mail because he wanted to focus on Jacqueline.
