Okay. Picture yourself in a room with lots of mirrors. Okay, can you picture it? Can you picture it? 'Cause you are THERE, MAN! Xivilai's there, too, waiting for you to figure out where you want her to drop you. (Woo! I can smell the Windex!) (Hm. Um, do I have my hog there?) [SEMISESSION START.] (You sure don't. It's still tied to KITT. You can get it if you want.) * Marguerite drops her satchel by the wall. "Be back in a bit, Sayuri. I've gotta go get my bike. * Sayuri rubs her neck, and nods. "Yeah, sure." * Marguerite walks out of the room. * Sayuri looks at Xivilai, and sighs. "I wonder if I'll manage to do anything with this newfound power." She makes a few sparks from her hand as emphasis. Xivilai turns to Sayuri and replies, "You have the ability to do plenty, now. Wheather you 'manage to do anything' is largely up to you." * Sayuri huhms, and looks at her hand. "I suppose it is. I've learned so much in the past few weeks..." Xivilai nods. "You have." (Just tell me whenever I make it back. I'm not sure how far it is between the two places.) * Sayuri chuckles. "To think just a month or so ago, I could barely make my skin change color..." (Margie shows up again.) "An odd way to guage your studies, but yes." * Marguerite walks in, wheeling her bike beside her. I think time is a good judge, personally. * Marguerite chuckles. "Talking shop, huh? Guess some things don't change, even from mages to mercs." Xivilai smirks. "Have you decided where you are going yet?" * Sayuri laughs softly. "I doubt I'd manage to talk much shop at Xivilai's level." Well, we've got lots of places to go. As much as I'd like to start back at the Wench's Tits, we'd better go where we know there's resistance. Which means Hong Kong. "Although... I have no clue how we're going to get from Hong Kong to the Eastern Block." She puts her hand to her chin. "I mean, we could fly, but that's likely under supervision." * Sayuri smirks. "We could, yanno, come back here and then go there?" * Marguerite nods. "That'll work for me." * Marguerite waves her arm about at the room. "So how does all this work?" * Sayuri shrugs. "Probably a matter of focus... I think. Xivilai...?" Xivilai says, "Once you have a concrete image in your mind of where you want to go, I can pull it out and bring it up on the mirror." Hm. I think I can manage an image of the airport. * Marguerite concentrates. * Sayuri shivers. "I was hoping I could do it... that's not such a fun experience." Xivilai reaches out and grabs teh side of Margie's head. An image of an airport appears on the screen. "Is this the place you intend to go to?" * Marguerite shakes her head. "God, that was downright eerie." Um, yeah, that's it. Isn't it? * Sayuri brings up her bookbag. "Ready, then?" Yep. * Marguerite picks up her bag, and sits on her bike. Xivilai nods. "Very well. Simply proceed through the window." * Sayuri nods towards Xiv, and gets on the bike too. "Alright. See ya later, Xivilai!" Seeya, Xiv., "Yes, I suppose you will. Good day." * Marguerite slips on her helmet and starts the bike. * Marguerite passes the spare to Sayuri. The bike starts. The window becons. All is in readyness. ::plays dramatic music:: * Sayuri puts on the spare, and nods, making sure her backpack's secure. * Marguerite drives into the window. Marguerite arrives a few hundered yards from the airport with no sense of transition. * Marguerite speaks into the helmet intercom. *Sayuri, do you remember where that Resistance was?* * Sayuri responds, *I wasn't given that information, Maggie... just reports OF a resistance* * Marguerite growls. *Shit.* *Flying blind again.* *Yeah, I know. We COULD try Dowd's place as a starting point, or I could do some more looking.* *Starting points are good. I don't fancy barhopping, as appealing as that might usually sound. Can you get us there?* You're on the other side of the fence of the hangar Dejiko used a while back. There's a white Japanese-made mini-van sitting in front of the hangar, but other than that it seems unused. *From the Hotel, sure.* *And I can get us to the hotel. Let's get a move on, we've got so much more terrain to cover it's not funny.* * Marguerite drives off to the hotel. *So who is this Dowd, anyways?* *Stanton Dowd. Met the Illuminati guy, works with Jackie's father, his house has a magical dead zone around it. Usual stuff.* *The only other 'contact' I know of in this city is a priest, and I doubt he's got his learn on for this.* * Marguerite whistles as she weaves around traffic. *I could show up at city hall, I guess. "Hey, I saved you from a nanovirus years ago. Care to help me defeat the ruler of the world?"*' *But I doubt that would fucking work* *Mostly because I killed several dozen people in the process. All in a day's work.* *Yeah...* *Not my fault they make the damn buildings so flimsy in domed cities.* *I'm sure.* You arrive at the hotel/mall. *Great. Now which way?* * Sayuri looks around to get her bearings, and points off in a direction. * Marguerite goes where the crazy lady points./ *After this, we're heading to an old hangout of mine... hopefully those moneygrubbing bastards haven't sold out yet.* *Hah.* *After we're finished in Hong Kong, I mean.* *And then I want to check out these Archways you mentioned. We need all the info we can get.* *Right... Huh. The magical dead zone is gone. Shame too, I could use it to pinpoint the place better.* *Probably exactly why he removed it, if he's resisting.* *Huhm. Perhaps...* Soon you arrive at the Dowd estate. *So... do we knock?* Or what was once the Dowd estate, as it is labeled by the brass plate on the fencepost. (What happened? What's it look like? ^^;) the estate house itself lies in partial ruins. The wrought- iron fence is ripped apart in many places and tracks lead from the street into the ruins of the home. *...Holy crap.* *... daaaamn. Someone didn't like this place anymore.* *Shit, there goes our only lead.* * Sayuri looks at the tracks. *Maybe. It's possible something survived... dunno.* *Suppose we have to check, huh?* * Marguerite drives the bike up the lawn, following the tracks. * Marguerite pulls up as close as she can, then gets off the bike. There are two kinds of tracks; Big Deep Footprints, aparently made by bots. The others resembles some sort of strange claw marks. *Creepy.* * Sayuri steps off the bike, and frowns as she takes off her helmet. "I hope none of these are left, though." * Marguerite takes off her helmet, then carefully puts the bike behind some remnants of foliage. So do I. Let's get to looking. * Marguerite walks inside the ruins. * Sayuri follows. The door is open. If you count 'being in two pieces five feet from the door frame' to be open. * Marguerite walks through it. "Good lord. Someone decided not to wait for the knock." No kidding. You'd think you could spare a little politeness, yanno, being in control of the world and all. there are numerous holes in the wood flooring. they look down into a basement that is in shambles. Ya think the basement? * Sayuri looks around. "Well, the above ground didn't exactly hold up well. Basements are where all the good stuff is anyway." * Marguerite looks for the stairs. Or what's left of them, anyways. You hear a clicking sound from below. After maybe ten minutes of looking, you manage to find a set of stairs leading down. Stay back, something's making that noise. * Marguerite draws Bubba and slowly advances down the steps. * Sayuri frowns, and shrugs. "Alright." * Marguerite keeps right on going down the steps. Yep, all of em. One at a time. (Awfully long set of stairs. @_@) You get to the bottom, which takes a while because some of the steps are missing, and some have been rearanged in rather jagged fasions. You notice blood stains here and there as you proceed. The basement is nice and dark. * Marguerite slips on her night vision goggles and eyes the basement carefully. * Sayuri appears next to Margie at the bottom of the stairs, in a black body suit with electric-yellow skin. "Manifesting is weord." Sweet fucking christ! * Marguerite almost falls on her ass. "CALL before you do that shit!" I almost shot you, dammit! * Sayuri looks down at Margie, and sorta-flickers. "Sorry. Wouldn't have done much anyway, but blow up some more house." I think. * Marguerite blinks. Then she tries to poke her arm straight through Sayuri. The clicking sound comes again, moving towards you. You hear a sound like lots of... things growling in perfect unison. * Sayuri whirls, not really noticing the Margie's arm going right through her. "Frak." * Marguerite whips her head around, following up with Bubba. Can you see anything, Sayuri? * Sayuri looks. "There's only one of it, that I can see." One of what, dammit? I can't shoot what I can't see. * Sayuri suddenly starts to glow brightly, providing some sort of light. In the light, you can see the thing. It has a long, vaguely triangular head, a broad torso, and two large arms enging in large blades, rather like a praying mantis. It is covered in a mottled, chunky brown chitin. Hit makes the growling noise again, and seems to gather itself for a pounce. * Marguerite readies herself for a shot. (Combat?) (Well, unless you want to shoot it while it isn't attacking you, sure. ^_^ ) (Oh. I'll shoot the fucking thing, then.) 2d6-5 Argh, no Dicesuke. +() The blast tears into the... thing, and part of it's head melts. It stops moving. * Marguerite stares. "... That's the first time that's happened in... a LONG while." * Sayuri whistles. "Damn. Are they that easy to kill...?" Looks pretty dead, though. You know what the fuck that was? (Consider it a free critical hit. A critical hit from a 60 damage weapon does *lots*. :P) Probably one of the beasts that he's been mass producing. Feh. * Marguerite looks around the basement for anything suspicious, out of place, or even slightly maybe less than ordinary. The basement looks like a sitting room. There are a few bookshelves, a few couches, a fireplace, and a tasteful rug. They've all been torn to shreds, and many of them have blood spattered on them. Well. This place looks dead. Fucking ripped to shreds. I guess we have to try something else. Any ideas at all? there are several doors, many of them broken down. One isn't. * Sayuri shrugs. "Well, that door isn't broken. Maybe we'll get lucky." * Marguerite looks at it. Hey, why not. The door is a door. It looks ordinary. * Marguerite walks over to the door, and gingerly tries the handle. * Sayuri blinks out of existance real quick, and comes back a short bit later. "Nothing on the other side, at least..." Well, nothing but hallway. * Marguerite turns the handle. "Hallway has to lead somewhere." The handle turns. You can open the door, but it seems awfully heavy and might take some effort to budge. * Marguerite opens the door, brandishing Bubba. * Sayuri frowns. "Alright, one sec. Be right back." She dissapears, leaving a small ball of light to see by. She then goes down the stairs into the basement. * Marguerite slams her shoulder into it. "Damn thing! Won't.... fucking move! Margie eventually manages to ge the door to open enough to squeeze through. * Marguerite waits for Sayuri to arrive. * Sayuri walks up in a bit, assuming that she doesn't break her neck or nothing, and tries to squeeze through the door too. ^_^; Damn heavy door. * Marguerite turns back to the hallway and starts down it. Sayuri makes it through the door safely. :P * Sayuri stretches. "That's so weird. Anyway." the hallway is very long, and somewhat chill. As you enter, your backs are to the only door that, for whatever reason, was left untouched by the things that ravaged the house. The hallway is minimally lit by flourescent lamps overhead. * Sayuri yawns, and shivers. "'Bit chilly." * Marguerite cracks her neck. "Secret tunnels. Wonderful." I wonder why nobody found these? * Sayuri walks along. "The door was enchanted somehow." * Marguerite keeps her goggles on, and scans the floor and walls ahead. "It's kind of funny... I never thought magic shit like this existed." I mean, I knew that some of the tricks those crappy mages could do were real. -irc.sandwich.net:@#ChibiLite- Yu-Mei invited Dicesuke into channel #ChibiLite. *** Dicesuke has joined #ChibiLite Mind rolls. But barriers, seals, wards..... 2d6 * Dicesuke throws the bones for Marguerite (2d6) and gets 11. 2d6 * Dicesuke throws the bones for Sayuri (2d6) and gets 11. (c.c;) (o_O) ...Maggie, try again with a tactics modifier. Just, basic tactics. 2d6-3 * Dicesuke throws the bones for Marguerite (2d6-3) and gets 4. Okay. * Marguerite stops dead in her tracks. "Hey, I've got an idea. Hold on a second." She runs back up the tunnel and tries to slam the door shut again. Margie succeeds. The door is much more amiable about shutting than it was about opening. * Marguerite walks back down the hallway. * Sayuri quirks an eyebrow, and chuckles. "Smart. Shoulda thought of that." There. I'm slipping. I never used to leave my back open like that. * Marguerite grins. "I think it's all your fault. And Robert's. And Togo's. We generally don't leave much alive behind us." * Sayuri starts walking again. "Hah. I don't remember having razed much land." Well, anything alive with guns, anyways. Anyways. (oops.) the hallway begins to get colder. You pass several banks of what sound like air-conditioning equipment. * Marguerite looks down to check the plasma temperature. "If this ends up with us being chased by an unfrozen cave man, I'm going to be upset." ( Say, that's not such a bad idea. ^_^ ) * Sayuri frowns. "I'd just be confused. Who'd keep an unfrozen cave man around anyway?" (.... I forgot gamer's rule #1. ;_;) Hell, I don't know. Didn't you watch cartoons when you were little? Littler? * Sayuri snorts. "Yeah. And next you'll expect some sort of two foot tall man with a pair of guns to pop out and try to convince us he's the best in the west." ( Suddenly, Yosimite Sam appears out of nowhere! ) * Marguerite chuckles. "That's something I'd expect only Robert and I to remember." Hacker and net culture kinda bathes in retro and references, yanno? Old is new is old is new... etcetera? Your round two corners, and the temperature grows even colder. But you see a door down at the end of the hall; it has a small square glass window in it. * Marguerite shivers a little. "Too used to Japan, dammit. This is spring in Poland. Wonder what's beyond that door?" The temperature is likely in the forties, now. That's farenheit, mind. * Sayuri shivers a lot. "Jesus. What are they cooling down here? Supercomputers? Fresh Meat?" Well, one way or the other, at least one of us won't be bored. * Marguerite grins. * Marguerite walks up to the door, and peers through the glass. * Sayuri chuckles. "Yeah. If I don't freeze to death first." She rubs her hands together. The glass fogs over when Margie breathes on it, but once the fog clears she can see three people on the other side. Two of them are armed; one of the armed ones is treating a large shoulder wound on a man who looks to be in his late fifties, and whose brown hair is run through with streaks of grey. * Marguerite backs up. "Take a look, Sayuri. Any of those this Dowd guy?" * Sayuri huhms, and peers through the glass herself. The guy being treated is indeed Dowd. * Sayuri looks back at Margie. "Yeah. The greying one." Finally. * Marguerite knocks on the door with Bubba. (Not shooting, just tapping.) Everyone on the other side jumps, and both of the armed people draw weapons and stare at the door. They seem confused to see you there, and begin discussing with each other what to do. * Marguerite waves cheerily through the window. (You can't hear their voices; the door appears to be entirely soundproof.) * Sayuri chuckles, and makes sure she's not in the way of any bullets that might start flying soon. Dowd comes to the door, and looks you both over. He frowns at Sayuri a bit, then walks back and says some things to the other people. They train weapons towards the door while Dowd operates the door pannel to the side. The door slides open, letting warm (by comparison) air into the hallway. Dowd says "Get in quickly." * Marguerite slips inside. "Thanks. It's ass cold out there. But then I suppose you know that. * Sayuri walks inside as well. "No kidding." (pause. BRB) (Back.) Dowd shuts the door again. "Of course it is. When Charles sicked those... things on me, I assumed they were cold-blodded and did what I could to alter my defenses appropriately." * Marguerite lets Bubba droop and hold out her hand. "Marguerite, also known as Mad Dog. I assume you're Dowd." * Sayuri scans the room, and says deadpan, "Seems to have worked." "Of course." he Shakes Margie's hand. "And I've met you before, ...Sayuri, right?" The room is in pristine condition. It seems like a laboratory or infirmary. You see someone else you hadn't before; this fellow is lying on one of the beds, and appears to be on all sorts of life support and monitoring. He has several red-stained bandages along his chest. * Sayuri nods at Dowd. "Yeah. Sayuri." Dowd nods. "Right, one of Dejiko's bunch. God, but I'm glad to see you." * Marguerite nods towards the man. "Say, Sayuri, can you do something for him?" She turns to Dowd. "We're on a mission, really. I assume you've got a bone to pick with this ex-Illuminatus, and so do we." * Sayuri looks over at the man, and pales, wincing. "Lord, but this is gonna hurt. What HIT him?" We've got agents all over the globe at this point, working to try and gather whatever forces we can. We've decided that only one precision strike can take this guy out, and we're looking for any help we can get. "Of course I have a bone to pick with him. He used us, betrayed us, and then sicked hords of monsters and combat drones on us. It was the monsters that almost killed Fong there... and he might still succomb to his wounds." * Sayuri stretches her arms, and looks at the guy for a sec. One of the armed people says "We treated his wounds carefully, and there have been no signs of infection, thankfully. There don't seem to be any signs of poisoning, either. Between Stonton and I we managed to stich him up fairly well, but his recovery's been pretty rocky." * Sayuri walks up to him, and puts her hands on his chest, tensing, as a white light glows from her hands, and the guy's chest. "I... think... I... can... manage..." Dowd mulls over what Margie said. "Very well. I have some things that might help there. I recieved coded mesages from some of Dejiko's friends; a man named Saiken and another named Richard. They'd probably be good places to start with." * Marguerite blinks. "So Richard DID live. And Saiken, too." She grins. "Do you have their locations?" The man doesn't change visibly, and you can't see if his wounds close because they're all covered. * Sayuri pulls her hands back, and eyes the man. Dowd nods. "Saiken is somewhere in Hong Kong. He's been gathering a small army of resistance to him, giving them training in an attempt to overthrow some of Godwinson's local institutions. Richard is lying low in America, along with her grandfather, Paul. I'm thankful they're alright; Paul and I go back a ways." * Marguerite nods. "Wonderful. I hope we can get back in time to tell Richard." What about you? You gonna lay low here? I can try to send them messages, if you want. Perhaps tell them places to meet up with you? * Sayuri shakes her head, and grits her teeth, doing the healing technique again. +"" I will for as long as I can, yes. I really don't have any choice; I don't know how many of those insectoid things are still out there. At least the bots left. * Sayuri pulls her hands back again, and turns back to the room proper. She looks fairly pale, for her, but otherwise OK, muttering, "There. That should be more than safe." Well, if it helps you rest easier, we only saw one. Anyways. Tell Saiken to meet up with us at the Raging West Wind bar. That one's fairly well known. * Marguerite muses. "As for Richard.... " (Why do I feel like I'm in Pokemon? Ex-GCImon! Gotta collect 'em all!) (c.c;) ( _; ) What do you think, Sayuri? Should we tell Richard to meet us in Libyan Georgia, or go ahead and wait for Robert in the US? * Sayuri rubs her chest and winces. "I'm thinking wait for Robert." * Marguerite nods. "I'll bet plane tickets are hard to come by nowadays." She turns to Dowd. "Tell him to give us some landmark close to where he is, and then to wait for Robert to show up there." Dowd nods. "Of course." Tell Saiken we'll be there in an hour. Dowd nods. "Of course. Take care on your way out, now." * Marguerite lifts Bubba again. "Thank you for your help, but we've really got to get going. Far too much to do, less than no time to do it in." (Damn, I'm tired. z.z) You okay, Sayuri? * Sayuri nods. "Yeah, I'll live. And so should he." Great. Let's move out, then. * Sayuri looks over at Dowd suspiciously. "By the way, Dowd. What was with the dead zone around this house, that made it impossible to see magically?" Dowd frowns at Sayuri. "I beg your pardon?" * Sayuri waves her hand. "Magid dead zone. Dimmed magical vision, and probably made spells not work so well. I was figuring you'd know, since it was your house before it was leveled." Dowd shakes his head. "I don't know anything about magic, much less how to work it. If there was a... 'dead zone' around my home, it wasn't by my doing." * Sayuri rolls her eyes. "Wonderful. And if it makes you feel better, I didn't see any other things out there, and I was looking really hard." * Sayuri turns to Margie. "Let's go." Dowd frowns, and shrugs. * Marguerite walks to the door. "Keep safe, now." She opens it, and holds it for Sayuri. * Sayuri waves absently, and walkts through the door. "And try not to freeze." The door slides open mechanically, waiting for you both to leave. :P * Marguerite leaves voraciously! Right, let's get the fuck out of here. We have about an hour for my memory to work. * Sayuri smirks. "So, for such a well known place, you can't remember where it was?" The door slides shut behind you, leaving you back in the cold. Hell, the fact that it's well known is the only reason I have a chance. The last time I was in Hong Kong was 2022. Well. I suppose that would be a factor. * Sayuri huhms. "Yanno what bothers me?" What? Dowd knows nothing about magic. He's hiding behind a magical door. Who put the door there? That wasn't a magical door. It was damn heavy, sure, and probably rusted hinges, but it moved well enough for me. * Sayuri shakes her head. "It was enchanted. I'm sure of it. And my money for who put it there is on this Charles Godwinson guy, at the moment. So why is Dowd still alive?" Charles Godwinson being the man who currently rules the Earth, huh? That's what he called the traitor, yeah. Hm. * Marguerite reaches the door. "Doesn't look magical to me." * Sayuri chuckles. "Well, yeah. If it looked magical, it wouldn't do... whatever its job is very well." (Does it have a handle on this side?) (Yes. Once again, the door requires a great deal of force to open.) * Marguerite slips through, waits for Sayuri, and then closes the door again. The door closes very easily. * Sayuri looks around nervously. "S'good to be not freezing again." * Marguerite frowns at it. "Maybe you're right." Anyways. Let's move. * Marguerite heads towards the stairs, rather quickly. * Sayuri follows. "Yah." * Marguerite works her way up the steps. "Okay. Let's see if I can remember how to get there." 2d6 * Dicesuke throws the bones for Marguerite (2d6) and gets 3. In forty-five short minutes, you're at the bar. * Marguerite walks inside. "I hope I can manage to remember a little Chinese..." Inside is a bar. No, honest. ^_^ * Sayuri follows Margie, looking around suspiciously. Ahh, just like I remember it. Full of smoke, alcohol, and people speaking Chinese. Although the same could be said for any Chinese bar, I suppose. * Marguerite scans the room for Saiken. Saiken isn't there. But he has fifteen minutes to spare. * Marguerite sits down in an empty booth. "Sit down, and try and blend in." * Sayuri sits down opposite Margie, and smirks. "Yeah. Blend in, Japanese and underage. Brilliant." * Marguerite lights up a cigarette. So? Plenty of Japanese prostitutes in this city. * Marguerite leans back and enjoys her cigarette. * Sayuri looks at Margie in disbelief, and then chuckles. "Alright, I wasn't expecting that." Work is work, and the best means is the one that gets things done the best. Lesson number one. * Sayuri frowns. "I knew that already." Then it should make sense that other people think the same way. * Marguerite crushes out the cigarette on her leg, having finished it in record time. * Marguerite lights another one before the glow of the last has fully faded. Well, pardon me for not having intimate knowledge of the Japanese prostitute population here. * Sayuri drums her fingers on the table. You hear tires screeching outside, followed by the sound of a collision. * Marguerite grins. "There's plenty of prostitutes of every persuasion everywhere. Just a - what the hell?" * Marguerite bolts to her feet, hands reaching for her satchel automatically. * Sayuri jumps, and looks to the door. "Damn. Sounds like someone's gonna be wheelsless." People look up and stare towards the door for a brief moment before returning to their alcohol. * Marguerite goes over and glances outside/. Outside is the same white minivan you saw back at the airport. It's front bumperis wrapped around a light pole. This is no coincidence. * Marguerite walks over to the van, hands twitching towards her shoulder holster of their own accord. * Sayuri watches Margie go out the door, and stands herself, sighing. "Wonderful." The driver's side door opens, and out steps Saiken. A wound on his forehead bleeds in an almost exaggerated maner as he scratches the back of his head and chuckles nervously. ...it's only you. Christ, you'd better hope you didn't hit my bike. I've got to go to Georgia later today. "Eheh. Pump the brakes, Kenji, remember to pump the brakes." He looks over. "Ah, Marguerite! Sayuri! Good to see you both. I guess." * Sayuri rolls her eyes, having just came out the door. "Brilliant work, Saiken." Good as things get nowadays. "Er, other agents always did the driving back at, uh, work. So, where have you two been? Haven't heard from you in weeks." "And, where are the others?" The answer to your first question is shaddap. The answer to the second would be shaddap, but I can safely say they're scattered across the globe. (^_^_v) "Oh, that's nice." Anyways. We've got to talk. Care to come inside? Saiken shrugs. "Sure, I guess." His forehead continues to bleed down his face, and he doesn't seem to notice. * Marguerite walks back to the booth. * Sayuri rolls her eyes again. "You might want to take care of that blood, boyo." "Eh?" You're bleeding. * Sayuri sighs and walks inside the bar, and mutters, "Christ. How can you not tell when you're bleeding?" Saiken touches his forehead. "Oh, I am. Heh." * Marguerite sits down and waits for the others. Re reaches into a pocket in his jacket and pulls out a large square bandage, which he applies to the wound after wiping the blood off with a napkin. He then goes over and sits next to Margie. "So, what do you need?" Well, you know how things stand in the world today, right? * Marguerite keeps her eyes moving around the room. "Of course, of course. And don't worry, this room is safe." If you say so. Saiken waits for Margie to continue. * Sayuri sits her chin in her hands, elbows on the table. Anyways. Your ex-coworkers and I are not pleased with the current corporate policy, so to speak. We feel it's time we marched on the board of directors, and we're trying to get as many signatures on the petition as we can. You dig? Saiken nods. "Well, then, you can count me and some close friends of mine in, certainly." * Marguerite nods. "Perfect. The rest of the office is out trying to get petitions as well, although I'm not sure how they're faring. But that's beside the point. Lay low for now, and we'll send you an interoffice memo or something when we actually submit the petition." Saiken nods. "Sure thing. Anything else, while I'm here?" * Marguerite stands up. "Nope. Been great chatting and all, but we've got too many places to be to dawdle." She holds out her hand. "Glad you're on our side." Saiken waves. "Of course. Have a nice day. See you at the company picnic." * Sayuri sighs and stands. "Try not to bleed to death." Saiken chuckles. "That isn't as funny as you think it is." (Gah. Can I call it a session there? ;_;) * Marguerite walks out to the bike, and tosses Sayuri the other helmet. "Let's find an alley. We've got to hurry." (Sure, if you're sleepy. I'd rather do the Wench's Tits session while you're awake - it'll be a hell of a lot funnier that way. ^_~) * Sayuri catches it, and nods. "Yeah..." (I am sleepy. x_x) Okay, then. [session end.]
